4. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by LoveGPT is created by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only. This includes pickup lines, relationship analyses, compatibility reports, ghosting investigations, AI-generated images, and all other outputs. None of this content constitutes professional relationship, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Milani AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your submissions and community feed data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Your anonymous user identifier and preferences are stored locally in your browser. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

AI-generated images are stored on Cloudinary cloud storage with permanent URLs. We do not store images on your device.

6. Third-Party Services

LoveGPT uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic (Claude API): For AI text generation. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
• Replicate: For AI image generation. Text prompts are sent to Replicate's servers.
• Cloudinary: For permanent image storage and delivery.
• Railway: For database and application hosting.

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

7. Your Rights

• You can clear your local data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
• You can choose not to share results to the community feed.
