LoveGPT is an AI-powered dating entertainment application that provides humor-driven tools across five chapters: RizzCoach (pickup line generation), RedFlagGPT (conversation analysis), MatchOrMess (compatibility testing), GhostBuster (ghosting investigation), and ExorciseYourEx (breakup processing). The service also includes a community feed for sharing results and a Love Score gamification system.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by LoveGPT is for entertainment purposes only. This includes but is not limited to:

• Pickup lines and conversation suggestions
• Trust scores, red flag analyses, and relationship assessments
• Compatibility percentages and couple analyses
• Ghosting investigations and cowardice ratings
• Breakup roasts, post-mortems, and AI-generated images

None of this content constitutes professional relationship, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You should not make real-life decisions based solely on AI-generated outputs. Milani AI is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content.
• Submit content that contains personal information of others without their consent.
• Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the AI systems or community feed.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

5. User-Generated Content

When you share results to the community feed, you grant Milani AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the LoveGPT application. You retain ownership of your original inputs. Community feed content may be viewed and voted on by other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The LoveGPT name, branding, design, and underlying technology are the property of Milani AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without prior written permission. You retain all rights to the text inputs you provide to the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoveGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Milani AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages related to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or reliance on AI-generated content. Your use of LoveGPT is entirely at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milani AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to LoveGPT at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LoveGPT shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
